Udny Community Trust Company

Udny Community Trust Company Limited (UCTC) exists to help the community of Udny and Pitmedden to develop.

Udny is a rural community in Aberdeenshire.  It includes the villages of Udny Green, Pitmedden and Hattoncrook.

UCTC earns income for community projects and groups through the profit generated by the wholly community owned Udny Community Wind Turbine Company which is a trading subsidiary.

UCTC is grateful to the Big Lottery in Scotland for their support through the Growing Community Assets Programme which has allowed the organisation to develop.

How to join

All Udny residents over the age of 16 can apply for membership of UCTC.

Representatives of community organisations active in the Udny area can also join, but the majority of members will always be ordinary residents.

You can download a copy of the membership application here.  Once you have filled it in and signed it, please return it to us and it will be considered by the Board at their next meeting.
