Udny Community Trust Room Hire

We currently have 3 rooms available for hire.  See the gallery at the bottom of this page for photos of our rooms.

The Conference Room
This room can accommodate up to 12 people in person but is also set-up with a large screen TV, camera and microphone which makes it ideal for remote or hybrid meetings.  £12 per hour.

Meeting Room 1
This room is set-up with 3 desks.  It can be hired exclusively for £10 per hour or single desk hire for £10 per day.

Meeting Room 2
This room is set-up with a comfy sofa and armchairs.  Along with cosy décor, this room is ideal for very small, informal meetings.  £10 per hour.

The above rooms include use of the kitchen facility which includes tea, coffee, juice and biscuits at £2 per person.

 

The Quarry Room
This room is available for exclusive use during periods when it is not being used by Cafe48 or Trust scheduled events.  £15 per hour.  If catering is required for the Quarry Room, this is by separate agreement with Cafe48.
