A New Health and Wellbeing Area at The Medan Centre
Have you had a look at our Health and Wellbeing area in The Medan Centre? We've got a new noticeboard for health, wellbeing and support services, separating this information from the local events, groups and activities (which you'll still find on the Community Noticeboard in The Quarry Room).
We've also put together a directory, collating information on local and regional services in a nice green folder. The directory has lots of different categories (for example ageing and older adults, chronic disease and long-term health conditions, children and families, men's and women's groups and services, work and employability...) We'll keeping adding to this directory, building up a handy reference guide of services that can provide support to local residents who are in need of a bit of help, support or advice.
