Friday 9th August saw our Aberdeen University Intern with Impact student, Kai Dutton, hold a Conversation Café where she delivered the results of our 10 week Imagine Udny Update.
Imagine Udny was a report produced back in 2018 which was the result of a large community consultation which has been used to help demonstrate the wishes of the community to key decision makers. Since 2018 we have used the Imagine Udny report as a tool to keep on track as to what the community wants.
We felt that it was time to update Imagine Udny so our previous Community Engagement Officer, Vikki Jannetta, created the Imagine Udny Update Action Plan and we secured funding from Aberdeen University and The Wood Foundation to make it happen.
We interviewed several students who were interested in delivering the Update and Kai Dutton was the successful candidate. Kai settled well into the Trust and from day one engaged with the community, created a questionnaire, promoted it, and then analysed the results.
We would like to thank Kai for all her hard work during her time with the Trust and for leaving us with a valuable Imagine Udny Update.
The results of the Imagine Udny Update can be found on our website on the Projects Page very soon!
