Udny Community Christmas Fayre 2025
Our Community Christmas Fayre is just a few days away so here is some information and our event map to help you plan your day out with us at The Medan Centre! You can see all the key attractions and the locations of our lovely community groups and craft sellers marked on the map.
Venue: The Medan Centre, 14 Oldmeldrum Road, Pitmedden, AB41 7AG
Date: Sunday 30 NovemberEvent timings:
1.30pm Event start 1.45pm Santa arrives 2.00 - 2.50pm Santa’s grotto open 2.50pm Piper & Drummer 3.00pm Chinese Lion 3.15 - 4.00pm Santa’s grotto re-opens 3.45pm Mulled Wine, Mince Pies & Carols outside Cafe48 4.00pm The Medan Centre Christmas Light Switch On!The event will close at approx. 4.15pm.
Please note our car park will be closed for the day. We will provide assistance to blue badge holders to ensure access to the event. We encourage you to walk to the Fayre if possible. Alternative parking is available at Pitmedden North Car Park and Pitmedden South Car Park.
Santa will be in his grotto from 2.00-4.00pm, with a break from 2.50-3.15 for a cuppa and a mince pie. Santa will have a gift for every child, so his grotto is likely to be very popular and will be busy, even with help from his elves. Please queue for Santa at the side gate near the entrance to Pitmedden Park, shown on the map with a star 
. There will be no access to Santa's grotto from inside the building as a one-way system will be in place.
As this is a busy event we cannot accommodate buggies, pushchairs or prams inside The Medan Centre. Please park up in a designated buggy park: the gazebo outside the Quarry Room or the bike shelter, both shown on the map.Thank you to all the groups and volunteers who are contributing to make this a truly special community celebration.
